The first day of UConference 2024 delivered insights into payment trends. The 150 attendees representing 39 credit unions and 15 partners and sponsors also enjoyed some friendly competition while networking at the Topgolf social event. MAP CEO Steve Bone shared that Day 2 would focus on The Road Forward through partnerships, client successes and growth.

MAP 2.0 | Proud to Be a Challenger Brand

“As a proud CUSO, we embrace our role of being owned by credit unions and serving credit unions. It allows us to understand the unique needs of our credit unions and reinforces our dedication to their success,” said Steve Bone, CEO, Member Access Processing. “Starting today, let’s be Challengers together, serving the mission.”

A challenger brand mindset is defined by a determination to chase ambitions bigger than conventional resources. Based on a philosophy that quality is its imperative, MAP has committed to maintaining its 10-1 client-to-service manager and 20-1 client-to-strategic relationship manager ratios.

“We believe in punching above our weight,” said Bone. “When you put all MAP super powers together you become the Hall of Justice. We want the MAP Team to let their super powers fly.”

By leveraging the best people, processes and tools, MAP ensures it runs optimally as an organization that continues to evolve and grow together with its client credit unions, partners and friends.
